Hi again guys


I have an af27 dio and have Installed the new crank using a puller I made, got everything back together (engine wise) and went to get it started, but it doesn't want to start for me.

It has spark, fuel, and the oil pump is working, it just doesn't want to fire. I have used ether but it just doesn't want to run!

Any suggestions would be great.

dont use ether it washes the oil off the cylinder walls and damages the bore use some premixed gas at 32:1 ratio

check compression and check for airleaks around the base of the jug the crank case halfs the intake and crank seals

if it has compression and a good spark (with a new plug) then it should fire at least once or twice if you put gas down the spark plug hole
