Need PDI for a Baotian scooter

Hello,

I bought a Baotian scooter out of the box, and I am trying to get it registered. But VINZ told me that I need a PDI from an agent appointed by the manufacturer.

Does anyone know if Baotian have an agent in New Zealand?

I believe Baotian scooters used to be sold in New Zealand earlier. Any idea who used to sell them here?

Any help or pointers are very much appreciated.
