I agree, can't do it all by myself. Volunteers welcome, please PM me if you are able to help.
Generally it stays clean but they come in spates, heaps in the last 2 days.

As you may have seen in Forum Maintenance topic, I've just changed rego process to admin approval. So that will stop all spam registration in the meantime, while I work on another method which blocks spam registration while allowing real people to keep joining. Will update in the above forum as we progress..
