Due to demand this is a new page for the popular AF61 Honda Today 50 and Honda 'Smart' Dio AF62 4 stroke scooters. These scooters use the same engine. The Z4 Dio four stroke engine is different however, please enquire by email for parts for those models.

The AF61 four stroke scooters lack power. On this page you can read about the parts available from us to get more power and speed from your scooter. It is the owner's responsibility to make sure that any modifications still leave the scooter compliant with local laws if applicable. Road Track muffler Exhaust pipe material is flat black steel while the silencer body is aluminium. This is a specifically designed exhaust, supplied with 5g rollers for maximum performance. max noise: 78dB		$540.00

94cc SPL Big bore kit 94cc Big bore kit for a big power increase for AF61 Today/AF62 Dio. This kit utilises big valves and large porting, with a specially redesigned head for maximum power increase. The piston and combustion chamber are of a high compression, high flow design for large power and torque increases with a lot of potential at higher RPM. 81cc Hyper S-Stage Alpha Big bore kit 81cc big bore engine kit with Keihin CVK 20mm performance carburettor and high ratio final gear kit (54% up), plus high speed variator pulley for high speed tuning and complete mechanical derestriction. This kit gives you the extra power and torque with the ability to use it well for top end high speed use. Expect 10km/h more top speed than the Hyper S-Stage kit above. Utilises the standard head. High lift camshaft for AF61 Today/AF62 Dio This high quality item is machined to tight tolerances and replaces the standard camshaft. The valve lift is higher than standard, providing your engine with higher RPM power and better acceleration than before. The assembly is a straight bolt on and is fitted with new bearings. Recommended for use with 5 gram weight rollers.		$196.00
Higher ratio final gear kit 27% up Recommended for light to medium tuned AF61 engines (Today/Dio). Includes shaft with fitted cog, replacement gear wheel, gasket. WIth a bit of extra torque from a light-tuned engine, this will improve the riding characteristics and extend the top speed.		$185.00

Keihin CVK20 big performance carburettor This is a carburettor designed with performance in mind. Perfect for big-bore engines and bolts right up, and even using the stock air cleaner if preferred. The automatic choke and use of standard throttle cable is retained, and this big carb can also be used on stock or light-tuned standard-capacity engines.		$384.00
