Insanity on the end of a conrod - a revolution in the 70cc class of scooter cylinders has been started by Stage 6 with this modular racing cylinder kit.
With a host of world records under its belt this cylinder is now released for use by the lucky few.
This high performance scooter engine kit is a modular type and comes with:
separate cylinder base with high accuracy stud mount
multi-fastener, port matched exhaust outlet to weld your pipe to
modular head with optimised combustion chamber
anodised high volume head cap for max cooling
owner's manual with full specs including port timings
nicasil lined alloy cylinder with particular cooling passages around high stress areas
multi stud arrangement to mate cylinder and the above base
Highly recommended for use with adjustable timing to enjoy what this cylinder is capable of.
Must be used with racing crankshaft (we strongly recommend longer conrod), matched racing exhaust, intake, big carb, liquid cooling system.
This uses a 12mm gudgeon pin so ensure you have the correct crankshaft. Additionally the crankcase has to be modified to match the modular cylinder base's larger size. (56.7mm internal diameter to a depth of 10mm, more matching possible if desired).
