These tuning manifolds are very important for improving performance as they remove a big restriction in the standard small intake manifolds. A tuning manifold corrects this with its larger internal diameter, giving you more flow and more power. Essential when installing a bigger carburetor. Includes fittings for vacuum (fuel pump/valve), oil line and an optional spare for intake chamber (boost bottle).
Note the difference in carb mount style, this is best used with a round flange carburettor like many we sell (not the original style bolt flange).
Suitable for up to 22 mm carburetors. This should be one of the first tuning steps for your scooter. The original air box can still be used, or use in conjunction with a pod filter. Bolts straight up to Suzuki / Morini style engines which includes:
