Honda Pal Oil Fouling Spark plug

Postby tjc84 » Wed Sep 28, 2011 7:03 pm

Hi everyone believe it or not I am having problems with my old Honda Pal 1990 scooter.

The spark plug is fouling with oil every time I try and start it. If I clean the oil off and test the spark plug there is a good spark, but it then fouls again after I put it back in and try to start it again.

I am wondering what could be the problem here? Any help would be much appreciated.

cheers

Sounds like your scooter is mixing in too much oil

How long has it had the problem?

The seals on the oil pump are lealing oil intn the crank case filliing it up take the plug out and crank it ova till its mostly gone or tip the motor upside down and let it drain out when u get it to run it will smoke bad but it will stop when its burnt it all out
