Hi all,
electric starter does not work at all on the machine, so looking into what the issue is as the battery is pretty much new. So checked the fuse and its fine but conected to the battery is a little black box, it has a cover over it and when taken off has like 4 little metal prongs? what is this please? hope i have explained it well enough..

Pretty sure that is the fuse box mate, just head down to Dick Smith/Repco and pick up another one!

Sometimes on these models, the starters can fill up with water and seize up.

You could try pulling out the starter, pulling it apart, and putting oil etc innit, freeing it up.

Failing that you could try putting in a new starter.

PS. This happened to me on my sepia.
