Air compressor to use for scooter maintenance?

Postby Dizzer » Thu Jan 19, 2012 5:38 pm

Hi Guys

I want to buy an air compressor but am not sure what i can get by with as a minimum for using impact tools to get the variator and clutch off, pump up a few tyres and clean engine parts. Anyone keen to direct me to some specifics to look for?

i.e 2.5hp, 40litre tank capacity 110psi etc.

Any help would be great, thanks.

A $59 attack driver got my clutch/vairiator apart. its a screw driver you hit (hard!) with a hammer and it turns, sockets fit over the end of it to get nuts off too.
